11.1 You may close your earnlab account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable bonus terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.2 earnlab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.
